Sandra brings over 25 years of healthcare executive experience to AES. She is as a Primary Health Care Specialist providing assistance to the Health Resource and Services Administration (HRSA), Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC), in support of community-based primary care organizations. Prior to joining AES, Sandra served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for several healthcare institutions in the non-profit and public sectors, both urban and rural, specializing in resource identification, development and management. She was also the President/CEO and partner in two different healthcare consulting firms in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans areas. In the past 10 years, Sandra has successfully secured over $20 million in one-time and recurring grant funding for her clients.
