Brian brings over 30 years of executive experience, including leadership roles in sales, operations, and association management in the insurance, staffing, and healthcare industries. Over the last 10+ years, Brian has grown Affiliated Enterprise Solutions (AES) into a unique consulting and advisory firm focusing on the healthcare industry and specialization in Healthcare Associations.
Before founding AES, Brian served as Vice President at the Texas Hospital Association, where he focused on business development and operations, and managing HealthShare, the association’s shared services organization. During his time at HealthShare, Brian created THA’s Endorsed Business Partner program and help grow their non-dues revenue to record heights becoming one of the most successful shared service organizations in the nation. Brian was also responsible for THA’s insurance agency and retirement fund, along with THA’s corporate membership, advertising, and sponsorship programs.
